The shipping of any physical goods is processed through Australia Post; therefore, we make no promise or guarantee (expressed or implied) as to the time of your product delivery. Once an item has been dispatched, it has left our hands and is in the care of Australia Post for delivery.
Your items will be prepared for shipping within 5 – 7 business days (public holidays and weekends will affect dispatch and delivery time). Typical delivery time can range from 7 – 10 business days depending on the ship-to address and other variables. Late delivery does not entitle you to cancel the purchase.
We have carefully selected our products for sale, however if the product is faulty or damaged, you may return the purchased item in an unused condition and in original packaging within 14 days of receipt and we will provide a full product exchange. We reserve the right to charge return freight for any replacement product.
